Find the apt weight for woman are not like this easy as choose one number from chart. There is no one “right” weight for any particular height. Muscle, bone structure, age and health affects much more than simply use basic BMI chart.

Two people can have same height, but their ideal weights differ a lot because of different body builds.
How to Find a Healthy Weight
