The time that you consume your meal is another significancy factor in how the body process calories from the food that you consume.

You should of have a large lunch and an light dinner because the body is more efficient in processing calories earlier in the day. Thus, a large lunch will provide you with energy that you need during the day, but having a light dinner will prevent your body from consuming as many calorie during a time when the body is less efficient at processing those calories.
