Such charts point a healthy weight range for a particular height. For instance, a woman of 5’5″ wants 125-145 pounds. A man of 5’9″ wants 140-160 pounds.
These are only guides. Some charts allow 15-35 pounds play for every inch of height, which matches around 20% of the body wieght.
Body mass index, or BMI, measures weight regarding height. You count it by BMI calculators or charts. For adults it classifies as underweight, healthy weight, overweight and obesity.
Obesity divides into three grades. The chart gives only a guess and not always exactly points the real BMI.
